Privacy Policy

ListingShield AI (the "Service") is operated by Gungo Labs, a subsidiary of Gungo Ridge, LLC. ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, mobile app, and compliance tools, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By creating an account or running a scan, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and a password (stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text). If you sign up by email, we also store the full name and brokerage name you provide. If you sign in with Google, we receive the name and email address associated with your Google account.

Listing content. When you paste a listing description for a scan, the text you enter is processed to generate a compliance audit. For signed-in users, your scan results are saved to your account history. When you use the AI Safe-Rewrite feature, the flagged listing text is sent to our AI rewrite provider so it can produce a compliant version.

Free scan leads. If you run a free scan without an account and request the full report by email, we store your email address, the state you selected, your compliance score, the number of findings, and a short excerpt of the listing text so we can send your report and follow up.

Usage and device data. We automatically log basic information such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate location derived from IP address. This helps us keep the Service secure and understand how it is used.

Local storage. We may store a small amount of data in your browser's local storage (for example, remembering your email between the free scan and the sign-up form). You can clear this at any time from your browser settings.

• To provide compliance scans, audit reports, and AI rewrite results.
• To create and manage your account and authenticate your sign-ins.
• To save your scan history and audit reports for later review.
• To send you service-related emails, such as confirmation of your report and account notices.
• To improve the accuracy of our screening rules and the quality of the product.
• To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security issues.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below.

• Service providers. We use trusted third parties to operate the Service, including a database and authentication provider that stores your account and scan data, and an AI provider that processes listing text for the rewrite feature. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
• Paddle (Merchant of Record). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you subscribe or start a trial, we share your name, email address, and subscription details with Paddle, and Paddle collects and processes your payment and billing information (including card details, billing address, and tax location) as an independent controller for payments, invoicing, fraud prevention, and tax compliance. We never store full card numbers on our servers. See Paddle's Privacy Notice.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.

We keep your account information and scan history for as long as your account is active. Free-scan lead records are retained to allow follow-up and product improvement. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see "Your rights" below). When data is no longer needed, we delete it or remove the identifying details.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

You can also delete your account from within the Service where available, or by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated scan history.

The Service is intended for real estate professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will note the updated effective date below and, for material changes, provide a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
